Yoga is for everyone.
It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes, you’re over 60, an athlete, an office executive, or a working mother. Yoga is about making time to connect your body and mind — tuning in to listen to yourself. To achieve this, we simply show up to our mats and, without judgment of our own abilities or others, we breathe and we practice.

What I teach
I offer Vinyasa Hatha based yoga classes for all levels of participants across St. Gallen, Switzerland — private, semi-private and group classes. Vinyasa Hatha is a set of yoga poses connecting with a flow style, a technique that synchronizes breath with movement through a sequence of postures.
Exclusively, I offer one-on-one private prenatal and postnatal yoga classes at the comfort of your own home, or at a location of your choice in St. Gallen. I believe yoga can help provide a sense of wholeness, whether you’re just starting to contemplate pregnancy or awaiting the birth of your first child — staying healthy in mind and body during pregnancy and beyond, and nourishing yourself to lay the foundation for giving your baby the best start to life.

Hey there, I’m Rachel
Life is about enjoying every moment. My personal mantra is: be humble, be truthful, and always keep learning and growing.
I started practicing yoga at a young age, while at school in Australia. I later moved to Hong Kong and built a great career as a fashion buyer. While I loved my work and had incredible experiences in the fashion industry, I felt something was missing. In 2009, I took my Yoga Teacher Training and embarked on a teaching journey — and in 2012, I established RACH Yoga in Hong Kong. In the years since, I’ve continued to reinvent myself in yoga, with numerous teaching qualifications along the way.
I teach the full spectrum of yoga — from Power Yoga to restorative stretching, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, beginners through to advanced participants — in group classes, one-to-one private sessions, small private groups, and corporate wellness classes.
I absolutely love teaching, because every individual I’ve taught has taught me back — how to be a better teacher on the mat, and a better person in life.
My Training
An ongoing path of learning — each training has shaped the way I teach.
Come and practice with me.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing my passion with you.
