Group Yoga Classes

Alongside private tuition, I also teach group yoga classes. The difference between a private and a group class is the level of energy — in a group environment, that energy is usually higher, which motivates you to try your best in every pose. Whether before or after a hectic work or home day, a group class lets you detach and tune out from a stressful environment, bringing calmness and relaxation back within you.

Each group class is structured around the request and experience level of the participants, always within a Vinyasa Hatha base practice — there’s always something for everyone. My purpose with group classes is simple: to create a fun, relaxing environment where you can enjoy the moment while enhancing your breathing technique and relaxation.

Private Yoga Class

Are you intimidated by yoga classes? Do you often find beginner classes aren’t quite for beginners? Long working hours, a busy lifestyle, a medical condition, or simply not having access to individual instruction — these are the reasons that stop people from enjoying the benefits of a yoga practice.

Whatever you’re looking for — improving your posture, managing stress, or a focused fitness workout — I match your exact needs and goals through a personal consultation and a customized program. One-to-one sessions, couples, small groups with friends, or even family — all tailored and held at your own comfort at home in St. Gallen, or any location convenient for you.

If you’re not comfortable practicing in a large group class, I come to you — in the safety of your own home or office, hosted one-on-one, with your health as the priority. Book a trial class and I’ll curate your program and handle the logistics — soon you’ll experience the magic of self-healing.

Beginners Yoga

Private tuition for those who need personal attention as they start out with a yoga practice. I focus on the details of alignment, how to transition between poses, and correcting posture using core yoga principles — so you get the maximum benefit from every session.

I teach a step-by-step introduction to the postures, building the fundamental knowledge you need for a safe, beneficial practice. Emphasis is given to lengthening the spinal column and improving seated posture, to fully support a well-functioning nervous system. Performed the right way, poses bring muscle toning, increased stamina, and a reduction in stiffness.

Breathing is vital to life, and it’s developed in every class. The role of the diaphragm changes depending on the body’s posture, and I’ll teach you how to breathe correctly in different poses to optimize oxygenation. Every class concludes with a guided relaxation, giving the mind time to quiet down and improving your capacity for concentration.

Yoga for Fitness

For those with some yoga experience who want their practice to fit a busy schedule. Classes are structured around your preferences and physical condition, to build stamina, flexibility, and strength. Ideal if you want to push your limits and explore more challenging poses — breath synchronization and relaxation techniques are taught throughout to bring clarity and restored energy by the end of each class.

Power Yoga A rhythmic flow of poses combined with active postures to build physical strength and stamina — a vigorous workout connecting you to your inner strength, with real cardiovascular benefit alongside breath work.
Core Yoga Focused on abdominal and core strength. As core strength increases, it helps relieve back pain and improve posture — working the abdomen, back, buttocks, upper hamstrings, and hip flexors.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Fast-paced, non-stop postures — balancing, standing, and arching through a series of sun salutations. You’ll feel the stretch, the energy boost, and improved circulation with every transition.
This class can also be taught semi-privately — if you have friends or family who are also eager to focus on their fitness, they’re welcome to join you. A great way to enjoy the practice together and support each other along the way.

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga. It helps you connect with your unborn child, stay active safely, and learn tools to stay relaxed — including breathing techniques that matter enormously during labor. I’m genuinely passionate about prenatal yoga and its benefits. If you’re pregnant and want to talk about what might suit you and your baby, drop me an email.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga matters just as much as prenatal. New mothers give so much to their babies that weeks, sometimes months, pass before we remember ourselves as individuals, not just as mothers. This is a restorative practice — focusing on breath and closing of the body after birth, with gentle ways to regain strength and flexibility. Look out for classes specifically dedicated to new mums.

Online Yoga Class

Uncertainty, and not being able to control what’s going on, seem to be the biggest challenge for all of us right now. What matters is being kind to yourself — allowing space for the emotions and thoughts running through your system, and remembering the tools that ground and calm you. Yoga is one of your best tools through challenging times, with more ease and grace. Your nervous system will thank you.

I’m happy to offer weekly live yoga practices via Zoom, and I’m excited to meet you there — for uplifting, grounding, and inspiring practices, and community. You’ll receive the Zoom link once your booking is confirmed.

Corporate Classes

A short yoga session in the middle of a workday changes the rest of it — clearer focus, less tension, a team that comes back from the mat more present than when they left their desks. I bring the practice directly to your office in St. Gallen, taught in English, tailored to a room of mixed experience levels — no mats, no experience, and no flexibility required.

Sessions work well as a regular weekly or monthly wellness offering, or as a one-off for a team day, offsite, or wellness week. I’ll work with you on timing, group size, and format so it actually fits your team’s schedule rather than disrupting it.
